Join the African National Women's Organization of San Diego and learn to determine the best course of action to take when faced with colonial violence.  This workshop will contextualize violence as a symptom of colonial oppression.

Heidi Wilson is a career educator with numerous awards for excellence in teaching, 3 black belts in 3 styles of martial art (taekwondo, aikijujitsu, and arnis), as well as a National Boxing Champion Masters Division. She is passionate about empowering women to become maSHEines themselves.
